Shipping Policy
All domestic orders (within the U.K.) will be mailed by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class service for a £5 fee. This service normally arrives in 2-3 business days, (after the order has been processed), and requires a signature.
A confirmation of dispatch and tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) get shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
As a small independent designer, creating bespoke one-off designs, we do not currently offer returns of our products.
Each bespoke piece is created with artistic expression on a similar basis, as an artist creating a painting. Time, care and attention is taken for each unique design hence why returning any item(s) is not currently offered.
